  • Co-CEO & Artistic Director

    Perth raised Soprano Daniella Sicari is an International Performer and Producer currently based in London, UK. She now works between both Australia and the UK/EU.

    She trained at The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts receiving a Bachelor of Music and Post-Graduate Diploma in Classical Voice and then moved to the UK where she completed her Masters of Music at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. Since graduating, Daniella has performed with various opera companies and festivals such as Bergen Nasjonale Opera, Opera Holland Park, Waterperry Opera Festival, Clonter Opera and the Buxton International Festival.

    Before Daniella moved the UK, she devised programmes with various Perth based recital series’ and began curating concerts with other independent artists. In 2014, she collaborated with fellow colleague Madeleine Joyce to produce Belle Nuit at the Western Australian Government House Ballroom with associate artist Mark Coughlan. The following year, they produced a fundraising concert, Send Off, in one of Perth’s most iconic buildings, the Forrest Chase GPO, this time joined by associate artist Lochlan Brown. These events raised funds for their ventures of studying abroad.

    In 2020 she returned to Perth for extended visits where she collaborated with various artists and other creatives, producing events such as I’ll Be Home for Christmas (2020), Side by Side (2021), Let’s Misbehave (2021), My Best Judys (2021/2) and bloom (2022). During these visits, she co-founded Bloomhouse Projects with Co-CEO Karl Brown. Daniella is committed to creating opportunities and producing performance platforms for other early career artists, particularly in Perth, Western Australia.


  • Co-CEO & Executive Producer

    Karl is the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Bloomhouse Projects, and functions as the Executive Producer.

    Karl co-founded Bloomhouse Projects as a platform to develop and showcase world-class performances delivered by exceptional artists. Karl is driven by a passion to see individuals and communities flourish, and his contributions in the arts, leadership training, governance, and professional development are key expressions of this. A company director, board chair, strategic advisor, mentor, and performer - Karl’s legacy over the last 20 years has been in the development of individuals and groups seeking to grow, mature, and excel.

    Karl is the proud father of Arthur and Benjamin, and is married to the incomparable Davia.


  • Operations Manager

    Chelsea Burns is the Operations Manager for Bloomhouse Projects. Whilst she started her career as a performer and is still active in the classical music scene, the last few years have seen her also engage with the industry in an arts administrative role. After becoming the Regional Tour Coordinator with West Australian Opera and managing their regional tour of Koolbardi wer Wardong, Chelsea has found a real passion for facilitating events. Whilst continuing her role with West Australian Opera this year, Chelsea is also thrilled to have joined the Bloomhouse Projects team and is excited to work with them moving forward.
